By definition, a liquid resistance starter is a device in which the resistance of each conducting path is formed by the electrolyte column. Our liquid have a service life of up to 40 years.

For slip ring motors from 4.000kW up to 18.000kW

Liquid resistance starter MFA Series

Liquid resistance starter with knife electrodes system.
Suitable for slip ring motors from 100kW up to 7000kW

Slip Resistor

Slip resistors are required when excessive loads are to be expected during
operation, for example in a crusher drive. Slip resistors limit the torque in
rotor circuits in slip ring motors when the motor is starting or is in operation.
