ISENMANN Siebe GmbH is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial screen bottoms from steel, rubber and polyurethane. Company located in Karlsruhe, Germany. Company has 2 production facilities for market of Europe and 1 factory in USA for markets of North and South America. Company ISENMANN started production of polyurethane since 1973, also developed and launched standard for polyurethane sieve named ISENMANN WS85 since 1984. In addition to screen bottoms made of polyurethane, company ISENMANN also develop and produce wide range of wear protection parts and accessories for further adjusting of processes of screening and dewatering. This allows achieving maximum efficiency of screening process in strict accordance to specific technical demands of each customer.Products and services
ISENMANN Siebe GmbH is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial screen bottoms from steel, rubber and polyurethane. Sieves made from polyurethane are available in self-supported, modular or tensioned execution. Production of specific polyurethane sieves according to exact drawing of customer is also available. Dimensions and fixing standard of sieves produced by ISENMANN are matching to screening equipment of different machine builders, as well to Russian producers of screening machines with its traditional design. Rubber sieves are available in different dimensions and with different fixing standards. ISENMANN produce metal sieves, made from spring steel and stainless steel, with square or rectangular shape of openings. Harp sieves, made from round or rectangular wire are available.
